This role is part-time at our Robinson Township location. Approximately 24 hours per week. This could potentially evolve into a full-time role. This role is onsite 3 days per week.

As an Accounting Support Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance to our customers on utilizing our software seamlessly with a focus on accounting aspects, particularly QuickBooks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive training sessions for customers, specializing in software usage with an emphasis on accounting functionalities and QuickBooks integration.
• Setting up chart of accounts, transaction assignments, and ensuring smooth synchronization of QuickBooks for our customers.
• Proactively resolving customer tickets and issues related to accounting/QuickBooks, fostering a positive customer experience.
• Collaborating with software developers to enhance accounting functions within our software, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our users.
• Conducting weekly online training sessions to keep customers updated on accounting functionalities within our software.
• Maintaining daily communication with customers via phone, internet, and email, addressing queries and providing timely support.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounting.
• Proficiency in understanding Profit and Loss Statements.
• Advanced QuickBooks user skills (Online and Desktop, current versions).
• Experience with various accounting applications (QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Great Plains, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles.
• Understanding of Gross Profit Margins and inventory management.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations nationwide if required (10%-15%).

Preferred Skills:

• Master’s degree in accounting.
• Previous experience in Convenience Store retail.
• Past involvement in accounting for large convenience store chains/gas stations.
