Comprehensive Mobile Care is searching for a Full-time .
Comprehensive Mobile Care, one of the leading nationwide supporters of dental, hearing, vision, and podiatry providers catering to U.S. seniors, has an opportunity for a Full-Time Accounting Clerk.
We are located in North Phoenix at the 101 and 7th Street. This office position is in our new office building. It is a warm and friendly place to work with a mission-driven, team environment.
Mission: Our mission is to improve the quality of life of seniors in a professional and compassionate manner.
Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 per hour and excellent benefits

Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours per day
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following (see below):
- Entering invoices in QuickBooks
- Recording payments in QuickBooks
- Running and distributing reports
- Maintaining accurate and complete records
- Perform administrative and other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organization skills
- Works well in a team and individually
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, but also able to accept direction on given assignments.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with accuracy
- Knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
