CommUnityCare Health Centers is Hiring a Project Coordinator (CUC) Near Austin, TX

Overview

The project coordinator holds a pivotal role within the project management team, providing essential support to project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of diverse projects. Their responsibilities encompass the coordination of tasks, resources, and communication among project stakeholders, coupled with the preparation of reports and documentation. A successful project coordinator must possess robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, in addition to a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Support project managers in managing project scope, quality, and resources.
  • Prepare and update project documents, including project research, reports and plans.
  • Work with project team members or subject matter experts to define project scope, goals, resource requirements, timelines, and deliverables under supervision of a project manager.
  • Continually monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, identifying risk points and proposing solutions or escalating to leadership as needed.
  • Identify risk points and propose solutions to problem areas; appropriately escalate issues that jeopardize the success of projects.
  • Analyze programs or operations to determine how they affect other programs or operations and whether/how they could be better coordinated.
  • Document existing operations or workstreams and analyzes potential changes to maximize coordination or efficiency.
  • Participate in strategic or operational planning exercises for the CommUnityCare Enterprise.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication among project stakeholders.
  • Ensure coordination and implementation of initiatives.
  • Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Responds proactively to employee and customer needs and concerns.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Work under minimal supervision, with a high capacity to multitask
  • Collaborate and coordinate effectively with key internal/external stakeholders, medical staff, administration, community partner agencies, regulatory agencies, and the public.
  • Communicate complex information in clear and unambiguous terms to stakeholders, including Senior Leaders, other community stakeholders and health center management.
  • Work within an ambiguous, fast‐moving environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions.
  • Seek opportunities for improvement of project processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, or engineering or

High School Diploma with two years of experience in project coordination or project management.

Minimum Experience:

2 years of experience in project coordination or project management with High School Diploma.(No experience required with Bachelor's degree in relevant field)
