Overview:
Responsible for providing full human resource support for local Community Bank. Such support includes payroll and compensation/benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, coaching and counseling, policy administration and interpretation, recruitment, onboarding and retention and HR program administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, performance management, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Lead performance management processes
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Manage benefits administration and employee evaluation programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an HR Director or similar executive role
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and employee evaluation processes
- In-depth knowledge of employment labor law and regulations
