Community Care ME is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Bangor, ME

Community Care is looking for an Administrative Assistant (AA) to work part time hours, Monday through Friday. The schedule can be flexible as long as the hours worked fall between 8am and 5pm. The AA will assist in the completion of data entry, QA activities, greeting clients/answering phones, and other duties assigned that will assist the many programs of Community Care. The person in this position will need to have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and experience in a related field or an Associate's degree in a related field of study is required.

Community Care offers community-based support and mental health services to individuals and families throughout Maine. Established in 1996, Care has grown to meet a wide range of social and clinical needs through its expanding continuum of programs and services, including an outpatient clinic, intensive home-based supports, adult services, visitation services, and treatment foster care.
