Position Summary:

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects and initiatives within our business to optimize product launch and/or production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. This role is crucial in driving the plant's success and maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and close projects related to manufacturing operations, including process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and new product introductions.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment with the plant's strategic goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with various departments, including production, engineering, quality control, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Foster effective communication and cooperation among team members to achieve project goals.
• Resource Allocation:
  • Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Proactively address any issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.

• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.

  • Ensure that all projects comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product quality.
