Position Summary:

This role oversees our Workday architecture globally. The primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, delivering, maintaining, and supporting Workday inbound and outbound integrations. Additionally, this role will be responsible for creating complex custom reports and analytics within Workday, managing technical documentation, and overseeing the technical aspects of Workday releases. With a focus on data conversion activities and staying abreast of Workday concepts and updates, this position will ensure seamless integration and optimization of HR systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the global Workday architecture, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design, develop, test, deliver, maintain, and support Workday inbound and outbound integrations across global operations.
• Create complex custom reports and analytics within Workday to meet specific business requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for integrations, reports, and analytics developed.
• Manage technical aspects of Workday releases, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
• Lead data conversion activities, including reporting and data analytics, to facilitate seamless migration and integration processes.
• Stay updated with Workday concepts, new features, and upcoming releases in integrations and Workday Studio.
• Engage actively in the Workday Community to understand current trends and upcoming feature updates, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Workday integration development.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connector, Cloud Connectors, APIs, PICOF, and PECI integration knowledge, along with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
• Strong experience in web development, web services, SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results within established timelines.
