The Child and Adolescent Day Hospital at Sheppard Pratt's Baltimore/Washington Campus is a warm and welcoming environment for adolescents who need more clinically-intensive services than can be provided in an outpatient setting. Our interdisciplinary treatment teams engage patients in six and a half hours of therapeutic programming each day.
What to expect.
The Program Manager will ensure the delivery of exceptional services to children and adolescents ages 12 - 17 , while fostering staff development and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Specific responsibilities will include:

• Leading the planning, direction, and assessment of the Child and Adolescent Day Hospital program.
• Implementing effective processes for admissions, treatment coordination, and discharge , ensuring seamless transitions and thorough communication with the next level of care.
• Providing supervision and support for the professional growth of program staff .
• Collaborating in developing program budgets and monitoring expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility .
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.

What we need from you.

• Must possess one of the following at time of hire:
  
  • Maryland Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)
  • Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LGPC)
• Three years of progressively more responsible related experience.
