ComfortCare Pharmacy & Medical Products is Hiring a Customer service representative Near Glendale, CA
ComfortCare Pharmacy and Medical Products is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Order Intake Coordinator at ComfortCare Medical Products to join our team! You will be responsible for coordinating incoming medical equipment orders and supplies from start to finish.
Compensation :
$18.50 - $23.50 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Share detailed information about the various products and services offered
- Aid customers in placing and managing their orders efficiently
- Maintain and update customer records accurately based on interactions
- Collaborate with customers, physicians, and insurance companies to facilitate medical equipment orders
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls effectively
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service, durable medical products, or related fields like the medical front office is required
- A strong ability to establish connections with clients is essential
- Must excel in prioritizing tasks and multitasking effectively
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude is a must
- Superior written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Fluency in Spanish or Armenian is highly desirable
- Availability for part-time or full-time work (25-40 hours per week)
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays with one weekday off
