DUTIES: Design, develop, administer, analyze, and govern sales compensation for both internal employees and external vendors; query databases using SQL and Oracle; develop charts, dashboards, formulas, and pivot tables using Excel; develop and maintain internal databases, the internal Data360 compensation system, and Tableau dashboards; model plans and assess feasibility; perform sales compensation system maintenance and design; calculate sales compensation based on sales data and plans; utilize systems and tools to develop processes to automate and deliver both administrative and analytical tasks in recurring and ad-hoc capacities; and ensure databases are maintained and updated with sales compensation data.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Project Management, or related quantitative field, and two (2) years of experience querying databases using SQL and Oracle; using Excel to develop charts, dashboards, formulas, and pivot tables; and analyzing system issues to determine trends and root cause.
