Position Summary
Responsible for processing and maintaining payroll for the company as well as maintaining and organizing general HR documentation (Payroll, recruiting, new hire orientation, training, employee relations, benefit) This role represents the initial support for employees throughout their respective life cycle with the company. Ensures payroll and general HR compliance by auditing all files and maintaining all required documentation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Participates in the recruiting and training and development processes.

Performance Standards
This position will receive an annual performance review from the direct supervisor to discuss actual performance as compared to company stated expectations and agreed upon job related performance goals for the upcoming year.
