Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Manager to join our team at Colonial Life. As an Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our insurance agency and driving sales growth. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Train and mentor agents on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance guidelines
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency

Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
- Multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive sales performance
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus
