Key job duties of the Manager of Crisis Intervention Services include:

• Provide clinical and administrativesupervision to counselors, social workers, and paraprofessionals in our CrisisIntervention Services department
• Provide program and administrativeoversight to Crisis Intervention Services
• Prepare/monitor related program dataand outcomes.
• Provide limited direct care topatients - interventions may include safety evaluations, safety planning home,inpatient psychiatry referral and coordination
• Maintaining relationships withreferring agencies and community stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with company policyand procedure
• Participate in budget development andmonitoring

Qualified Manager of Crisis Intervention Services candidatesmust have:

• Master's degree in Counseling orSocial Work
• LPCC-S or LISW-S
• 3 years' experience working in mentalhealth and substance abuse

Preference given to candidates that also have:

• 3 years of clinical supervision inmental health and/or addiction treatment
• 3 years of work in a mental health oraddiction crisis setting
• Working familiarity with AMSR, CANS,and ZeroSuicide, and other suicide risk-related best practices
