Coleman Health Services is seeking diligentand responsible individuals to join our customer-centered emergency crisis team ofprofessionals to work with individuals experiencing immediate mental health crises inPortage County, Ohio. This position assists in client engagement and obtainingneeded treatment, including emergency intakes, assessments for psychiatrichospitalization and linkage to community services and resources. We are lookingfor full-time or part-time and have multiple shifts available located in Ravenna, Ohio. Theovernight Access Crisis Specialist position pays up to $20 per hour!

Duties include:

·Answering calls from the crisis hotline

• Determine needed clinical services, level of urgency, and appropriate providers; consult with personnel and assist with scheduling as needed
• Provide supportive and/or basic crisis intervention in person and via phone

Qualifications of an Access Crisis Specialist include:

·Experience working in mental health, behavioral health, and crisis experience preferred

·Cleandriving record

·Have orwilling to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers
