An exciting role has recently become available for an experienced Human Resources Director at this non-profit, community health system in CA. Join a growing organization as the senior-level leader for Human Resource management.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the HR Director will oversee an absolutely critical operational-support department that works with a geographically dispersed community-based health system. You’ll develop, implement, and evaluate HR policy and procedure for an Acute Care Hospital, Rural Health Clinic Network, and Skilled Nursing Facility. A strong background human resources leadership in the healthcare industry, as well as the skillset that comes along with Rural Health leadership will be important to the Director’s success.
Priorities for the Human Resources Director will include broad oversight of a wide array of HR programs, such as:
