CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS VALID CONSTRUCTION QUALITY MANAGEMENT FOR CONTRACTORS CERTIFICATE

Clientmind Recruiting is searching for a full-time Quality Control Manager (QCM) for construction projects in and around the DC/Baltimore/Northern Virginia area. The scope of work varies but includes architectural, structural, and MEP.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a QC Manager or a minimum of 5 years combined experience in the following positions: Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Construction Manager
• Shall have completed course 'Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors' and possess a valid certificate of completion from an accredited course NAVFAC/USACE approved.
• OSHA is required

-EM-385-1-1 is required

Responsibilities:

• Draft Construction Quality Control Plans
• Review all submittals
• Review all plans and specs
• Perform inspections
• conduct testing and drafting of reports.
• Schedule and conduct preparatory meetings
• Perform all Quality Control features required per the specifications.
