CLEVELAND & COMPANY is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Atlanta, GA

*This role in onsite and not remote*
Summary: 

Assists in various HR and Payroll functions including recruiting, onboarding, filing, record maintenance, payroll, and special projects.

HR Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain electronic and paper employee files
  • Assist with policy administration throughout the employee life cycle
  • Assist new employees with onboarding paperwork
  • Schedule employment fairs and maintain university relationships
  • Schedule interviews
  • Update job descriptions and Applicant Tracking System
  • Post job descriptions and manage applicant flow
  • Maintain record of new employees for 30-60-90-day check ins
  • Assist with payroll filing and data entry
  • Assist in employee engagement events
  • Fulfill requests for reports and information
  • Act as Payroll Admin back up
  • Assist in Field Services as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Payroll Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter and import time for timeclock
  • Fulfill requests for unemployment
  • Key time and corrections

Qualifications

  • College degree in related field or 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Suite programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to speak with individuals at all levels as well as vendors
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and shift focus as business requires
  • Ability to work and complete tasks with minimal supervision
