Client: Energy Oil & Gas Company
Location: Houston, Texas (Energy Corridor)
Type: Contract (6 to 12 months)
Pay: $65/hour DOE
Summary:
- Manage and support business process development, improvement, optimization, and sustainability for the assigned supply chain management team.
- Prepare key reports, outlining root cause analysis to enhance the monitoring of overall supply chain optimization and transportation logistics for process improvements.
- Provide daily status reports and overviews to help and support cross-functional program management teams.
- Enhance and generate performance analytics and metrics such as target comparisons and or benchmarking, and performance analysis for business lines.
- Develop and execute business improvement plan that aligns with business needs and priorities for assigned business unit.
- Draft edit process improvement plan identifying and promoting best practices.
- Support and promote sustainability initiatives and project benefits by establishing appropriate business metrics and ownership for process and sub-processes.
- Collaborate with IT to execute SAP system changes to improve transportation logistics needs and process improvements.
- Communicating work status to program SME and ensuring alignment with business line objectives.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., green card holder or U.S. resident.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience with a high proficiency in Power BI, and SAP
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project)
- Work history in Commercial Supply Chain and/or Transportation Operations is a big plus!
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, MIS, or business-related field
