CleanFiber is Hiring an Office Manager Near Buffalo, NY

Office Manager

Company – CleanFiber, a High-Growth Green Building Materials Company delivering significant environmental benefits.

Location – The company is based in Buffalo, NY with planned nationwide expansion. Candidates for this role should be based in or willing to relocate to Buffalo, NY.

Role & Compensation

You will be responsible for providing administrative support across all departments as CleanFiber aggressively scales its business in Buffalo and beyond:

  • Hands-on management of small office operations and services
  • Support for executive leaders in areas including but not limited to legal document management, investor communications, scheduling, and meeting preparation
  • Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment
  • Responsible for daily paperwork (BOL’s, invoices, receipts), manage load tenders, and issue PO’s when needed
  • Assist with expense report submissions
  • Handle any administrative tracking requests/projects as they arise
  • Assist with production and safety paperwork and filing as requested


Requirements

The right candidate will bring deep experience in these areas:

  • Customer Service: Outstanding service for all internal customers is critical as we continue our aggressive growth. This position will be seen as a “go-to” resource for our team and should have strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience Across a Range of Scales and Vantage Points: We are looking for a candidate who is familiar with the high paced environment of a disruptive startup, but can understand the mindset of large and small counterparts as we rapidly scale.
  • Prioritization: The ability to prioritize requests coming from multiple team members will be key to this individual being successful. Ensuring work is completed timely with great attention to detail is a necessity
  • Educational Requirements: BS in Business or related field


Nice-To-Have Experience:

  • Experience as an executive assistant, office manager or other support role
  • Experience in a high growth environment
  • Experience with ventures backed by private capital investors
