Hours: Varied 8-10hr days dependent upon office schedule
Summary:
Oversees and is responsible for the day to day operations, focusing on staff relationships, customer services and financial management for multiple Specialty OB/GYN Care Centers.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION
- Associates Degree as Medical Office Assistant/Nursing, Business or other Healthcare related field required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare related field preferred
- One (1) to two (2) years physician office practice management/hospital/ clinic supervisory experience required, including basic physician billing and medical record coding or other relevant experience. OB/GYN experience preferred
- In lieu of above degrees, will accept a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of Medical Practice Management experience required
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to various software applications as necessary
- Prior experience with computerized scheduling applications a plus
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills
- May require travel to, and support of, other Primary Care sites
