Clarity Clinic is a interdisciplinary group private practice of psychiatrists, psychiatric PA's, Psychologist (post Docs), and Therapists. Our mission is to thoughtfully guide the whole person on their journey to find clarity and mental wellness by providing exceptional holistic care.

As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing, the direction of the healthcare company's content. As the Content Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and defining desired target audiences, managing the content creation and publishing process, and monitoring consumer and content trends and analytics.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The individual will be involved in the following critical activities:

• Own the company’s blog strategy and execution with SEO as the main driver.
• Ensure the company builds high-quality SEO-driven content through the creation and delivery of content including but not limited to; blog content, video content, website copy, podcasts, infographics, eBooks, and social media posts.
• Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
• Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
• Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
• Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.
• Coordinating content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas and assist in the creation of graphic designs for digital marketing campaigns, graphics, catalogs, websites, and Ads.
• Scale and improve existing workflows and processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
• Tracking consumer and content analytics and generating reports and presentations.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar.
• A minimum of one to three years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.
• A portfolio of published work.
• Good knowledge of content and layout design tools such as Adobe InCopy, Adobe In Design, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, podcasts, and print media.
• Sound understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.
• Social media management: 1 year (Required)
• Marketing: 1 year (Required)
• SEO: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary: $48,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
