Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a keen eye for detail.
Duties:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
- Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping operations
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Preferred
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of custodial and industrial cleaning practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
