```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, as well as managing a team of housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality and housekeeping management.

```Responsibilities```
- Supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service skills
- Perform regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a hotel or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of custodial practices and safety regulations
