This role is critical to the success of financial advisors and requires a high degree of organizational capability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Primary Responsibilities
PX input and ensuring all data is complete and accurate
Case prep: client reviews and closing meetings (updated plan/PX, CCV, IFLs, contribution summaries, morning star reports etc.)
Regularly maintain and update the case prep weekly checklist (spreadsheet)
CRM input; new prospects as well as updating information for existing clients
Insurance applications and eventually investment paperwork
Bank account changes: make sure any changes to bank details are updated in the system
Track, update, and follow through on any policy changes (outside of 13 months)
Assist with qualified plan administration: Communication with Third Party Administrator(s) and tracking/reporting 401k and DB Plan contributions.
Respond to client email inquiries
Assisting the team with ad hoc projects related to business development, tracking, and CRM
Client onboarding to ensure a great client experience
Includes but not limited to gathering client info, statements, getting online portal set-up
Additional Responsibilities (April-June)
Underwriting
Once a policy is approved and sent out, overseeing address verification
Meaning the physical policies should be sent to our office, not directly to the client
Delivery prep
If a case was rated, outlining why and what metrics the underwriter would need to see to improve the rating in the future
Scheduling review meetings and reschedules
