- Serve as a business partner by fulfilling the timely and accurate accounting needs of the business, working collaboratively with the Accounting Team.
- Perform general ledger, bank, credit card, and other reconciliations.
- Process journal entries as needed.
- Assist with cash flow projections and daily cash reports.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements.
- Aid in internal and external audits.
- Identify, document, and implement procedures and process improvements.
- Other accounting team duties as assigned.
- Maintain month end schedules and workpapers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- 1 year accounting experience required.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite software preferred.
- High proficiency in MS Office, strong knowledge of Excel and Outlook required.
