The City of Sheridan is actively recruiting a dynamic, creative, self-motivated individual with strong customer-service skills to fill the position of Human Resources Generalist. This position is responsible for assisting the HR Director in the administration of all HR functions for the City, including but not limited to: employee compensation/classification/benefit package; personnel recruitment and hiring; personnel training; and the implementation of policies and procedures.
Candidates must have knowledge of current human resources principles and practices. Human Resources Certification preferred, but not required. This is a fully benefited position including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, state pension benefits, paid time off and a wellness program.
