Their culture is growth-focused and highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial spirit.Job DescriptionThe Senior Software Developer (Python) will join an exciting new python development team responsible for providing technical expertise in the design, development and enhancement of high-performance software products in a cross-functional, agile/scrum environment.• Perform software development primarily using Python• Utilize Django, C and other technologies as needed• Develop, launch, and support a new Google-based technology• Use Python and Django as the key Google integration tools• Employ proper coding, scripting and testing standards• Participate in systems analysis and requirements gathering• Participate in defining future enhancements and product roadmapQualifications• Authorized to work in the US without employment visa sponsorship• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field• 5 years of software engineer/developer experience• Advanced knowledge of Python• Proficiency with C , PosgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML5, Jenkins and Git• Google related software development (highly preferred)• Experience developing and enhancing enterprise software• Experience leading development in an agile/scrum environmentAdditional Information• This is an on-site position on the northeast side of Indianapolis• Free health insurance options• Robust benefits package, including HSA, FSA, life/disability, etc.• Vacation, sick time, personal time and paid holidays• 401(k) with employer match• Corporate discounts on cell phones, online shopping, etc
