WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH US

• Work in autonomous Teams building services using modern technologies and Agile methodologies (eXtreme Programming)
• Actively participate in the full product lifecycle, from idea through design and develop till maintenance
• Attend various knowledge sharing events
• Decouple legacy systems with the safety net of tests
• Be a part of the Team behind 7 billion messages a month
• Work with large SQL dataset, we are heavy MySQL (Percona) users

YOU ARE AN AWESOME FIT, IF

• You are passionate about coding and Clean Code
• You enjoy finding simple solutions to complex problems
• You are familiar with the following languages: Java, Node.js, Javascript, Typescript, vue.js
• You are keen to develop your skills in: Cloud Development (GCP)
• You enjoy breaking down and refactoring monoliths to micro-services
• You are excited by the challenge of refactoring a live system while it is operating at peak capacity using techniques like feature switches and dark launch
• You are open to learning new languages, techniques and tools
• You are familiar with OO, SOLID, TDD, CI/CD
• You enjoy working in a Team

IT IS EVEN BETTER IF YOU

• Have a few years of software development experience
• Have experience with Agile practices (XP in particular)
• Are interested in becoming a Team Leader
• Possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent – this is helpful but not required
