Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 to $145,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Job Description:

üStrong experience in HighJump WMS implementation & support.

üConfigure HighJump application as per business requirements and design.

üFamiliar with relational database concepts and PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers)

üEDI import knowledge - Knowledge on flow of data from host to HighJump and vice versa.

üExpertise in configuring new ODBC connections using connection manager.

üExpertise in creating/adding new config in existing server.

üSSRS/HJ Pulse reporting configurations.

üExpert knowledge on Advantage Architect - Cross Application interaction, Adding new solutions

üGood experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.

üCreate functional and technical design documents.

üLiaise with product vendors, other support team and third part support for issue resolution

üReview the deliverables in the team to ensure that the deliverables completely adhere to the programming standards and client requirements.

üCoordinate with offshore resources, conduct handshake meetings and assign work to ensure development and other deliverables are worked upon during offshore hours.

üExperience working successfully in a highly matrixed work environment and in dealing with vendors, service providers and support organizations in a global environment.

üExcellent communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, and verbalize ideas effectively.

üDemonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate with managers and team members.

üStrong technical and non-technical presentation and communication skills; able to articulate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.

üHave the ability to effectively work cross-functionally with and through business and IT managers

üAssist with new sales pipeline creation, and responding to proposals.

üWrite whitepapers, provide internal training, assist with creating tools and accelerators

Qualifications:

ü10 years of overall IT experience

ü8 years of Supply chain management experience

ü5 years of Experience in Koerber/High Jump WMS products implementation, rollout and production support

üShould have implemented at least 3 full cycles of High Jump WMS implementations with multiple rollouts for each implementation.

üStrong SQL knowledge

üHands on experience in Process objects development, Integration development, and data-mapping.

üUnderstanding of supply chain, logistics, and distribution functional concepts

üStrong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to individuals, small groups, and executive leadership.

üCreate functional and technical design documents.

üGreat attitude and commitment to get the job done
