CI Pavement is seeking a competitive sales estimator/account manager to join our commercial team. Candidates must be self-motivated individuals who can work independently both in the field and in the office and who thrive in a team atmosphere. Major job requirements include project scope development via visiting customer parking lots and roadways to assess and inventory conditions, take field measurements, and provide and propose the best solutions. In addition to being responsible for job costing, building proposals, and client project walk-throughs, this position will support existing clients in the greater DFW area through face-to-face interactions and grow new opportunities from business-to-business prospecting. Our Services:
Concrete and asphalt repair and installation, striping, signage, seal coating, power washing, power sweeping, crack sealing, and all general pavement maintenance services.
The job requires being part of a sales team and contributing to the overall growth of CI Pavement by focusing on the following elements:
· Develop, maintain, and grow the existing assigned client base in the greater DFW area with a special focus on multi-family & municipal territories.
· Qualify and pursue leads generated through marketing campaigns and canvassing.
· Independently plan and perform daily activities including client meetings, site visits, appointments, and prospecting.
· Gather dimensions to develop sitemaps using field tools and cellphone/laptop.
· Estimate and create a scope of work to provide supporting documents within the Microsoft suite and estimating software.
· Identify distressed pavement and the appropriate method of repair and apply a consultative approach to help property owners and managers solve their challenges within budgetary constraints.
· Build relationships and negotiate with current strategic partners (subcontractors), suppliers, and vendors.
· Manage customer expectations and maintain follow-up/communications with clients.
· Coordinate project details with operations and aid in project management.
· Assist in collection efforts as needed.
· Manage the sales process from bid to final payment.
· Meet and obtain sales goals.
· Look for ways to improve processes and promote or improve quality.
· Contribute to revenue and profits and uphold organizational core values.
· Product knowledge in the pavement industry is a plus.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $75,000-$165,000 depending on experience and results
Requirements:
2 years experience in related fields
Ability to work with technology, including Microsoft suite and cell phone in varied office and field environments.
Ability to utilize general mathematical concepts
Well-developed writing and communications skills
A valid driver’s license
