Busy staffing company is looking for a recruiter for PEAK season! 4-5 month position.
32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize applicant tracking system manage candidate pipelines and track progress
- Provide support to hiring managers on employee relations matters related to recruitment

Skills:

-Must have excellent customer service skills

- Strong sense of urgency!
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with hiring managers and candidates

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $17.19 - $19.50 per hour
