Job Title: French Customer Service Representative

Location: Cranberry Township, PA 16066

Duration: 09 Months Contract (Potential Temp to Perm)

Pay Rate: $22/hr.

Shift Time: 1st shift; (8AM - 4:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

• May respond to e-mail inquiries.
• Customer service is the primary function but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services.
• May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
• Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
• Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and records consistent problem areas.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• College degree preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/French required verbal and written.
• Proficient with computers
• Customer service background
• Telephone skills.
