Account Manager Job Description
· Build customer relationships by providing valuable solutions that meet their needs
· Identify customer needs and introduce / sell product that achieve their desired outcome
· Respond to customer requests for information, proposals, samples and quotations
· Respond promptly to customer issues and concerns
· Assist customers in local meetings and events regarding employee safety and operational efficiency
· Provide prompt and outstanding customer service to all clients as needed
· Arrange regular productive on-site visits at customer locations
· Achieve customer goals including cost savings objectives
Qualifications
· Bachelors degree in related field and/or 3-5years experience working in a professional environment
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and be self-directive
· Proficient with Microsoft office applications
· Concern resolution skills
· Strong customer relationship building skills
Other details to consider:
This job requires multi-state travel to customer sites in the New England United States region including but not limited to New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. The ideal candidate will be located in any of these states.
