The Community School Director will work to create and strengthen programs at Charles Drew Campus and supervise the staff to ensure high quality data driven programming. The Community School Director is responsible for working with all of the principals, and other members of the school leadership team in the building to ensure that the barriers to learning that may exist for students are eliminated and/or significantly reduced. The Community School Director will supervise and work closely with the Beacon Director to build strong after school programming aligned school’s learning goals. As an employee of Children’s Aid working at the Charles Drew Campus, the Community School Director will report to the Deputy Director overseeing community schools in the Bronx.
