Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist all visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
• Provide information about the school's programs, services, and policies to prospective and current students and parents
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
• Assist with enrollment and registration processes for new and returning students
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
• Handle financial transactions, such as tuition payments and fee collections
• Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in an educational setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be able to pass a background check
