- Starting pay is $17/hour Commission.
- Must be able to work 5 day - 8 hour shifts, including weekend availability.
- Be the frontline contact with our customers before and during scheduled cruises.
- Coordinate special requests for all passengers.
- Support ongoing sales operations.
- Assist with payment and reservations.
- Handle all guests concerns with understanding and curtesy.
- Adhere to American Cruise Lines' policies.
- Provide the best customer service to our guests.
- Problem solve any issues that arise and provide a solution.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Superior phone and customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
