YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP / INTAKE SPECIALIST

We offer flexible schedules for a work/life balance. Full-time schedules start at 6 am, 7:30 am, or 9 am. Weekend shifts are available!

As an entry-level Intake Specialist at our law firm, you help us fulfill our purpose by connecting interested individuals with our services. You receive incoming calls as well as reach out to existing clients and prospective clients who have sent us their information. That's right, NO cold calling!

While conversing with current or prospective clients on the phone, you apply your listening and customer service skills to ask a series of qualifying questions and determine how we can help them. You are always warm and friendly, and you naturally create a connection with each person you speak with while helping them feel heard. At the end of each shift, you feel great about the part you play in caring for our clients!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Ability to write and speak English fluently
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred but not required. Bilingual would be a plus! If you can meet these requirements and perform this entry-level job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
