Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Learning and managing day to day operations in the Front of House.
• Inspiring others to uphold our "Winning Hearts Every Day" business strategy.
• Being held responsible for cashier tills and settlements.
• Holding Team Members accountable to policies and procedures.
• Ability to develop and implement systems to simplify daily operations.
• Identification, Coaching, and Development of potential young leaders within the business.
