CheckSammy is Hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk Near Addison, TX
Check Sammy is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Addison, Tx Office. This person will need to be a self-starter who can collaborate with a team, have attention to details and maintain deadlines. We are looking for someone to work our 12pm - 8pm shift (Tuesday - Saturday).
Responsibilities
- Generating payments to vendors upon work order completion
- Match and verify orders within the system
- Keep track of transactions
- Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Can navigate tech programs (i.e. PayPal, Invoices, Bank to Bank transfers)
- Detail-oriented and focused
- Must pass a background check
- Can work in a team environment
- Meet assigned goals from management
- Tech Savvy
