Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Restaurant Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in restaurant bookkeeping and proficiency in using Restaurant 365 software. This is primarily a work-from-home position with occasional on site visits. (2-4hrs per week)

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records for the restaurant, including accounts payable and receivable, daily sales reports, and cash handling.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments to employees.
- Utilize Restaurant 365 software to record and track financial transactions, inventory, and sales data.
- Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

-Perform other administrative tasks related to a small business.

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in restaurant bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in using Restaurant 365 software or similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting.
