Charlie Health Strategy & Operations is Hiring a Business Operations Analyst Near New York, NY

About the Role

Charlie Health is looking to add a highly motivated, operationally savvy, and data-driven Business Operations Analyst to its growing Talent team. The Business Operations Analyst will have a key “seat at the table” with department heads and the Talent leadership team as recruiting processes are established and refined. This role will require a significant amount of data analysis; the Business Operations Analyst will equip executive leaders with data-driven insights and easy-to-use dashboards so that there is greater visibility into role-level and recruiter-level performance. You will play a key role in enhancing our recruiting processes and influencing one of the most important parts of our business— who we hire!

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards that inform Charlie Health’s recruiting strategy
  • Develop new policies and procedures to increase the efficiency of recruiting processes 
  • Design and operationalize feedback loops so that managers and recruiters can better identify top talent
  • Launch new channels for talent acquisition and use channel-level data to optimize cost-per-hire 
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure new hire retention and performance monitoring
  • Procure, set up, and rollout new technologies that drive better Talent team efficiency
  • Equip Talent team leaders with recruiter and role-specific performance metrics
  • Create and conduct training across the Talent team and broader organization
  • Support the load balancing of the recruiting staff to ensure timely hiring processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or similar analytical subject area
  • Experience in data-heavy work environment preferred (e.g. finance, consulting, etc.)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SQL/LookML, Tableau/Looker, and cloud-based data warehouses preferred
  • 1-3 years working in a role that requires/required significant data manipulation and management
  • Experience building out new policies and procedures to accelerate operational workflows
  • Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce–in addition to ATS and HRIS software on a daily basis. 
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in our NYC office and located within 75 minutes' commuting distance of the office

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role will be between $63,000 and $108,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
