Business Analyst would collect / compile documents required for invoicing from Field / Ops personnel. Interface with client and ops team to ensure that invoices are submitted as soon as possible, gather information from submitted data to compile invoicing documents with minimal supervision. Assist in creating OQ and following up on open order approvals. Pro-actively ensure that invoices for that month are submitted prior to cut-off dates whenever is physically possible. Interface daily and as required with the Workshop Supervisor about work priorities and progress of projects.
