Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commerical properties. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in property management. Responsible for the management of industrial, retail, and commercial properties. May be required to supervise and mentor supporting staff. Must have a sales real estate license.
Essential Job Functions
1. Responsible for all property-related aspects of tenant and client satisfaction and will act as primary contact with property owners to ensure that objectives are being met.
2. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and CAM recoveries.
3. Frequent property inspections including recommending and approving maintenance or repairs.
4. Responsible for vendor negotiation of service contracts and final award of service contracts, along with the overall monitoring of vendor performance including work on maintenance, capital projects, and tenant improvements.
5. Collects rent and approves expenses in compliance with leases and contracts. Prepares all required legal notices and coordinates legal action as necessary.
6. Develop and mentor staff.
7. Develops business relationships through membership and participation in industry, professional or civic organizations.
8. Perform additional job duties as requested.
