Job Description 

We are looking for a Hybrid Medical Assistant that has at least one year of experience in a medical office setting. You will support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks and ensuring high quality customer service for our providers & patients. As a Medical Assistant, you will perform various tasks daily. The traveling locations in Central Florida area. Some travel to nursing homes to assist with screening, vitals, or paperwork, equipment provided.

Job Type: Full-time

 8am – 5 pm (8-hour shift) Monday through Friday / no weekends 

Salary:$15.00 - $18.00 per hour 

Primary Functions 

Preparing charting and prepping charts– 50-60 charts per day / administrative tasks 

• Patient Care Coordination 
• Scheduling Meetings 
• Faxing/Mailing Orders 
• Maintaining Providers Schedule 
• Liaison between Hospital and Providers 
• Communicating with PCPs 
• Answer all incoming calls 
• Data Entry 
• Patient Chart Review 
• Communication with Operations Team
• Multi-task with multiple EMR systems

Education: 

High school or equivalent (Preferred) 

Experience: 

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred) 
• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred) 
• BLS Certification (Preferred) 
• Must be a certified RMA
• Must be computer savvy – prepare 50-60 patient charts per day
