Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a crucial role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities: - Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail - Organize and maintain files and documents in both electronic and physical formats - Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and preparing reports - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing - Act as a personal assistant to executives by handling personal tasks as needed Experience: - Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Previous experience in project coordination is a plus - Familiarity with front desk operations is preferred If you are a highly motivated individual with exceptional organizational abilities and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply for this position.
