Description We're looking for a professional, friendly Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team! Your primary job will be to assist our leadership and agents, providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties include social media & marketing support, data entry, emails, updating files, mail processing, and handling incoming phone inquiries. If you are an ambitious team player with superb organizational skills, are meticulous in details, able to meet deadlines, and can successfully perform under pressure while maintaining an upbeat professional demeanor, this may be the perfect job for you! **This position is not a virtual position. Requires full-time in-person** Responsibilities •Provide Excellent Customer Service •Answer phone calls •Process mail •Update daily files •Maintain confidential files •Provide administrative assistant support as needed •Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services Qualifications •CA Real Estate license/experience a plus but not required •Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities •Able to work independently or as a Team Player •Self-motivated and initiates work production •Friendly, professional, and calm demeanor •Must be growth-minded and have a willingness to learn and grow •Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills •Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
