The Position: Design, implement, administer and maintain the IT Infrastructure for our multi-site, hybrid environment. Collaborates with service providers and vendors as needed to implement new products and services and/or resolves escalated technical issues. Be familiar with IT practices, processes and procedures; and contribute to creating and modifying them periodically. Create and update documentation of all types; collaborate with others as needed. Operate effectively with other IT Teams so a premier level of service is achieved.

Pay Range $ 87,667 - $ 131,500

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 Support for problems identified with our systems and networking
• Utilize our systems management application KACE to track and manage issues effectively
• Triage security issues and work with Security Analyst and IS Vice President
• Create, request, and present technical specifications and requirements for purchasing of new systems, networking equipment and/or services.
• Create project plans, design, and implement
• Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and on-call coverage
• Perform administration duties including server install/upgrades, System/Application install/upgrades, firmware upgrades, patch management, security updates, log analysis,
• Configure, test, and maintain LAN and WAN equipment and services, including switches, routers, firewalls, access points and
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems including network connectivity, traffic utilization, etc. using available network tools (Solarwinds)
• Provide system administration duties including Windows and Linux server OS install/patch management/troubleshooting, Applications install/configuration, directory services administration, server virtualization, backup and restore, and network administration
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to server and network topology, equipment, and configuration(s). Policies and procedures documentation, maintenance procedures, system build documentation, and all documentation required to manage and maintain CEI technical and systems environments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree in IT; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 7-10 years of prior IT experience
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Prior experience working for a service provider is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and with written communication.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve successful outcomes in handling difficult situations and work with various customers and management levels
• Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion
• Network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience are a must
• Senior level network and systems troubleshooting experience is needed
• Experience working with Windows Server 2012 and above, HyperV, MS 0365, PowerShell, Teams, SQL, VMware 6.x and above, Storage Technologies, SDWAN, SSO/MFA, and MDM technologies
• Experience with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Meraki, Fortinet and Verkada systems
• Microsoft certifications a plus
• CCNA, CCNP certifications a plus
• Hands on experience with wired and wireless networking, vlans, physical and virtual servers, , anti-malware protection, certificates, SSL, and backup systems
• Proven background of providing great customer service, puts customer service number one, prioritizes work to address customer needs, maintains strong customer loyalty
• Ability to work independently, prioritizes existing projects, and proactively determines areas requiring additional attention, monitoring, or
• Strong team player and supportive of managements goals and strategies as outlined by the Vice President of IS
