Business Development Manager- histopathology

Funded in 2010, Celnovte Biotechnology Co., Ltd (Celnovte) is specialized in R&D, manufacturing and distribution of pathological diagnostic reagents and instruments. Celnovte is headquartered in Zhengzhou, China as its center for diagnostic reagents R&D and manufacturing. Celnovte currently has 400 employees across its company sites and provides products and services to 1500 hospitals globally. Celnovte Biotechnology, Inc. (USA) was established in 2017 to expand the company’s R&D capabilities as well as global outreach.
We currently have a business development manager opportunity to support our expansion into the RUO product market in the USA.
Role
Management of Celnovte’s research-use-only(RUO) online store.
Assist in the definition and implementation of sales and operational metrics, key sales process, procedures, templates/reusable assets, SOPs for the distribution of RUO products in the USA.
Lead marketing campaigns to promote Celnovte’s RUO products among target customers.
Serve as a commercial client business contact for proposal requests, follow-up, tracking, feedback, etc. (including new leads via the website, email, phone lines, etc.)
Prepare quotes, including standard price list and custom quotes. Update CRM and Smartsheet for leads and quoting.
Collaborate with the general manager, international sales team, and R&D team to build, develop and continuously improve the following product related contents:
Assist in the identification, preparation and participation of targeted industry conferences and trade shows.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (preferably chemistry, biology, biochemistry or equivalent).
Minimum 2-3 years in the histopathology service industry, with profound technical knowledge for the related products and processes. Featured products includes: IHC proof primary antibodies, IHC detection polymer reagents, Multiplex fluorescence IHC products, special stains, auxiliary reagents for histopathological applications, accessories for automatic IHC stainers.
Demonstrated experience in identifying and developing business opportunities in a client-facing position.
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong technical writing skills
Travel required for trade shows and industry conferences
Compensation
70K - 100K, Base Commission
