Cedar Grove is seeking an energetic, creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator. As an integral part of a small marketing team, this person must be willing and able to tackle new projects and find creative and efficient ways to generate content and campaigns. This person should be a team player that can work both collaboratively and autonomously to complete tasks that support the various sales and marketing goals of Cedar Grove. The nature of this role will require the selected candidate to work some evenings and weekends for company events etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and create content for the company’s social media platforms on a daily basis.
• Maintain and develop website content and updates.
• Develop and direct e-mail campaigns for Cedar Grove companies.
• Assist Sales teams with collateral creation and implementation.
• Manage event logistics including coordinating staffing and marketing materials needed for a successful presence at marketing events. This includes registration of venue, ordering giveaways, shipping of booth components and coordinating any travel, if necessary.
• Communicate and coordinate with conference/event representatives and vendors.
• Assist in communications with marketing partners and vendors.
• Staff booths that company participates in, as assigned.
• Enter and track information as it relates to campaigns, including potential sales leads and related costs, into a centralized tracking database for future determination of effectiveness.
• Assist in ensuring that the company takes full advantage of all opportunities that are associated with our paid sponsorships and partnerships.
• Maintain marketing materials storage and accurate inventory of marketing materials and re-order as needed.
• Complete creative brief requests made of the marketing department by salespeople to ensure effective & efficient use of marketing resources.
• As directed, work with third-party vendors on specific projects.
• Assist in the review and standardization of collateral and presentations, ensuring that all follow graphical guidelines set in corporate Brand Book.
• Complete in-house graphic design projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Combination of 2 years of relevant experience and/or a related degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual preferred
• Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good judgment
• Excellent organizational skills a must
• Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
• Ability to set priorities and accomplish tasks
• Proven abilities in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of basic graphic design elements, tools and language desired
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools is a strong plus
• Experience in Salesforce a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus, or other graphic design experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
