Job Description:

Cedar Grove Composting is currently seeking a reliable and motivated small equipment operator to be based out of our Maltby location. This person will use small equipment such as skid steers and/or forklifts to assist the team with various tasks. This may include moving product around the yard as necessary and loading/unloading super sacks. The schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday from 6:00AM to 3:00PM.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Safely and efficiently operate small equipment such as skid steers and forklifts.

· Assist with loading/unloading super sacks.

· Assist team members with various tasks as needed.

· Perform routine clean-up of work area on daily basis.

Required Skills:

· Must be self-motivated and able to meet operational performance standards.

· Must interact with the public in a professional manner.

· Must work as a team member.

· Flexible work schedule due to seasonal demands.

Education/Certification:

· Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school.

Experience/Other:

· Must have experience operating small equipment such as skid steers or forklifts.

· Must have a valid Washington Driver’s license.

· History of good employment attendance.

Physical Demands:

To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to stand, stretch, and bend for four or more hours per day; and frequently lift 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs somewhat regularly. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.49 - $24.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
